Open Mind, Healthy Living: The Power of Thinking Differently

With the end of the year fast approaching, we find ourselves in that season where we tend to reflect on our accomplishments, evaluate our achieved goals and plan for what's to come in the next year. It's a traditional time to evaluate and reset goals, but when we talk about adopting a healthy lifestyle, it's important to remember that this journey has no end point. It begins with a first step at any time of the year, nurtures over time and becomes an ongoing commitment to oneself. It is more than a set of goals to achieve; it is an ongoing process of self-discovery, growth and wellness that is constantly evolving.


Nothing and no one will make you change if you don't decide for yourself. The power to change is within you, evaluating what you have, what you are and what you want to achieve in the long term. Every day, your actions have a significant impact on your future.


People are driven by two primary forces: desire and pain. Desire is that inner energy that drives growth, while pain often arises as an external agent that pushes you toward action, sometimes charged with fear, such as when medical results do not meet your expectations or when you receive an unexpected diagnosis.


I want to thank you enormously for reading this message, as for me, this represents a step toward creating a community committed to health and wellness. It is a privilege to guide women (and some men who have sought my help) who trust me as a vehicle to transform their lives. My commitment is to respect each person's pace on their journey to their healthiest version of themselves.


I am not here to impose my beliefs on you or for you to adopt my ideas. I want to share with you what has worked for me as a woman and a mother, what I have implemented in my home after many trials and errors.


My goal is to offer you a new perspective on nutrition, so you can take control of your health and feel free. This involves sharing information backed by science, information that can take you out of your comfort zone and, at times, be challenging.


If you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results. Change requires opening your mind and allowing yourself to be guided while committing to the fullest.



It all starts with visualizing your future and defining your purpose. From there, it's about allowing yourself to think differently, to see things from another perspective and thus obtain special results.

This has been my way of freeing myself from ties, fears and thought patterns that limited my emotional, mental, physical and economic freedom.


I like to be different and think differently. Before I believed in the "magic pill", now I know that it does not exist and that only with discipline changes are achieved.


I apply what I have learned in the school of life and in the formal, testing and verifying before sharing with you. I am my own laboratory.


Actions must be aligned with your principles and values and not with what others do. You are a unique and unrepeatable being; I do not do anything that causes pain or puts life at risk. I consider the common good at all times. What I practice is not a fad, it is a lifestyle. When something doesn't resonate with me, I simply discard it and move on. You refine your strategy until you find the most appropriate tone. Each stage of your life will force you to make adjustments to stay on track.


Life is an adventure full of learning, some more challenging than others, but all add up to strength. Mistakes make you stronger when you make them conscious and create a strategy to avoid repeating the pattern. Sometimes, no matter how much you want to change, you don't know where to start and you keep going in circles. I have learned that asking for help is a powerful act of generosity and vulnerability to celebrate your victories and review what is not working in an authentic way.


My curiosity, love of learning, my ability to find solutions and my passion for helping keep me active and available to contribute and help women like you reconnect with the love for their bodies and themselves naturally.
